Included:

Upon successful sale I will transfer the domain to your registrar
of choice and email the logos, passwords, etc.

No support is included. This is "as is". It will be up to you to get these running,
change ads or configure Ning, etc. Once sold you can do whatever you
want with the domain, community, logos, etc.

Current traffic to the domain is about 300 visits a month, and slowing.
